ClosingProof is operated by AR110 Management LLC. When you run a property or photo check, we process the address you type in, any listing-claim text you enter, and any photo URL you submit, in order to return a report to you. If you submit the "Get early access" form, we collect your name, email address, and brokerage (if provided) so we can follow up with you. We do not currently require account creation to run a check, and we do not collect payment information through the Service in its current form.
Submitted addresses and photo URLs are used only to query the underlying government data sources and image analysis described in these pages, and to return the result to you. We may log requests (address searched, timestamp, general technical metadata like IP address) for security, abuse prevention, and service reliability.
We do not sell your search queries to third parties. We do not use your searches to build a profile of you for advertising.
To generate a report, your request is used to query third-party and government systems (for example, the U.S. Census geocoder, FEMA, and county/city open data portals) and, for photo checks, to fetch the image URL you provide from its hosting server. Those parties' own privacy practices apply to the data they receive as part of that request.
Request logs are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for security and service operation, and are not sold or shared for marketing purposes.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
